Susan Sarandon (born Susan Abigail Tomalin) was born october 4,1946 in New York.

In 1969,Susan Sarandon went to a casting call for motion picture Joe,with her husband Chris Sarandon who did not get the role,but she got it.Joe was her first movie.

Since 1969 she have done many famous movies like:The Rocky Horror Picture Show,Pretty Baby,Atlantic City,The Witches of Eastwick,Bull Durham,Thelma&Louise,Lorenzo’s oil,Dead Man Walking and many other.

She has three children: daughter Eva Amurri Martino (with Franco Amurri) and two sons,Jack&Miles Robinns with her longtime partner Tim Robinns.

She won an Academy Award for her role in Dead Man Walking,1995.

She is former ‘Ford’ model.

She is UNICEF goodwill ambassador and well known for her voluntary work.
